1, Company Brief

①In 1994,Yixing Pengde Machinery Co.,Ltd. ( a Sino-Japanese joint Venture) was born,and relocated in the Industrial Park for Environmental SCI and TECH. The following year with company name changed to B-Tohin Machine (Jiangsu)Co.,Ltd.

②Localization of HC blower in 1996

③In 1999,established a joint venture named Tohin Machine Co.,Ltd. with TUTHILL Pneumatics Group (United States).

④Localization and mass sales of BK blower in 2000

⑤In 2004,HC Blower and BK Blower got the honor of “new high-tech product”,and the company was rated as a high-tech enterprise. In the same year,the company passed ISO9001 certification,purchased more than 30000 square meters for new plant and donated 500000 yuan to build the B-Tohin Qinghu Hope Middle School.

⑥In 2009,the single-stage high-speed blower was successfully launched, and BK was rated as famous trademark of Wuxi City and famous trademark of Jiangsu Province.The torch program project of Jiangsu Province and a number of patents were achieved ,also the company’s together-with-heart idea: attentively,sincerely,confidently was put forward.

⑦The company’s BK brand was rated as “China Well-known Trademark” in 2013.

⑧In 2014,the company was identified as “Jiangsu Aerodynamic Research Center” by the Science &Technology Department of Jiangsu Province,and got the ISO14001 certificate.At the same time,Office Automation was put into use successfully.

⑨In 2015,the company introduced a whole blower performance test system.Successfully bid for the 2600 square meters industrial assets in Yixing economic development zone and established Wuxi B-Tohin Blower Technology Co.,Ltd.

⑩In 2016, Sino-Korean joint venture Wuxi B-Tohin & Ace Blower Science and Technology Co.,Ltd. was established. In the same year,air foil centrifugal blower was successfully introduced,and Tohin Vietnam Industry was founded.

⑪In 2017,the company turned on the Internet of things intelligent ,the balance tester of Air Bearing Turbo Centrifugal blower was successfully put into use .The Science and Technology Association of B-Tohin was founded.

⑫In 2018, B-Tohin magnetic suspension centrifugal blower,stainless steel blower and other new products were successfully launched.

⑬In2019,Adopted the ERP platform management in the whole company and passed the assessment of “Informational and Industrialize Integration” in 2019.

⑭B-Tohin screw blower was put on market successfully in 2021.

⑮Launched contract energy management and new type product lease sales in 2022.With a new area of 75000 square meters acquired, the project of design and intelligent manufacturing base of high efficiency blower and office building of B-Tohin started.

The new factory building was successfully completed and relocated.

2,Main characteristics

(1) Optimized lobe curve is adopted for reducing blower's internal leakage, improving blower's efficiency

and reducing running temperature.

(2) After shaft's diameter enlarged, no deformation and collision will occur under higher load pressure as

the blower's strength is improved.

(3) The synchromesh gear adopts straight tooth structure for smooth operation.

(4) Deep groove ball bearing of high precision and low friction factor is selected for lowering operation

noise. In addition, because of larger size bearing matched for enlarged shaft diameter, the bearing's load

capacity is enhanced and its service life is extended.

(5) Low noise and vibration, compact and economical energy consumption.

3 Blower working principle

Roots blower is a cubage, and it discharges a fixed amount of air in proportion to rotation speed. Two

parallel shafts have three lobes each, all the lobes keep small clearance with each other and housing

inside. Every lobes rotation, a certain air will be absorbed at inlet and transferred from the housing inside

surface to blower's discharge port.

Two shafts will be turned by timing gears, no any touching between lobes, so it can be turned at high speed

without any lubrication inside, It has the following characteristics: simply configuration; running smoothly;

good performance stabilization. It has been widely applied in various industries.

B-Tohin Machine (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. is a foreign invested enterprise established in 1994. It is located at Yixing Industrial Park for Environmental Science & Technology, one of State High-Technology Development Zones. With total registered capital of RMB 120 million and total investment of RMB 160 million B-Tohin is engaged in production and sales of HC blower, BK and YU Roots blowers,air compressor blower,screw blower, anti-corrosion and anti-explosion stainless steel Roots blowers, gear speed-up centrifugal blower, multi-stage centrifugal blowers and in the sales of other supporting products for water treatment in environmental protection, such as water pump (YU, WQ submersible pump, YYOW split case pump), mixer, dewatering machine, etc. By the purchase of a new building of 26000 m2 area in Yixing Economic Development Zone in 2015, the expansion of production scale is supported.

B-Tohin’s products have been widely used in various industries, including water treatment, construction material and cement manufacture, chemical industry, electricity, petroleum, steel, metallurgy, mine, food convey lines, etc., enjoying a good reputation among customers both in the overseas and domestic market.

In the company’s Research and Development Center, a technical innovation team composed of professor level Senior Engineers, Doctors, Masters and many undergraduates, is aiming at the service for environmental protection by tracing and developing the products of high level.

B-Tohin has made great investment in introducing CNC, full-automatic digital control lathes, CMM and other advanced equipment to ensure good quality. A complete set of advanced horizontal OKUMA CNC was introduced specially for the fine finish machining of blower cylinders and end-covers; a NC machine was imported for the processing of blower parts; a Taiwan Dahlih-made CNC was equipped for machining the parts of middle and large size blowers; and several back-forth curve machining planers were introduced for solving the problem of shapers’ precision problem. This kind of planer ranks among the advanced level in China which is specially designed for curve machining of blower rotors. In the beginning of 2015, we cooperated with Testing Laboratory of Shenyang Blower Research Institute (Quality Supervision & Inspection Center for Blowers of China Machinery Industry), and a whole set of blower performance test system was designed for us according to the Roots Blower Industry Standard by the Laboratory.

Passed the certification of ISO9001 & ISO 14001:2400, the company has been nominated as “High & New-tech Enterprises of Jiangsu Province” and “Pneumatic Technology Research Center of Jiangsu Province”. In successive seven years, B-Tohin has been honored as “Favorite Brand of Users in Water Treatment Industry” and “Main Enterprise in Chinese Roots Blower Industry” in 2014, it has been awarded the title of “2014 Top 10 Brands in Chinese Water Industry” on website.
