B-Tohin Machine ( Jiangsu ) Co.,Ltd. is a Sino- foreign joint
venture which founded in November 1994. It is
located in the Industrial Park for Environmental Science &
Technology, Yixing, China, one of the State High-
Tech. The company is working on producing and selling HC low noise
rotary blower, threelobes roots blower,
cacuum pump, and centrifugal blower, air bearing turbo blower, it
also sells related products, such as
submersible pump. During the production, the company addopts the
advanced equipments and technology
overseas, and using advanced quality management type to manage the
company. All the products are widely
used in environmental protection, electricity, irrigation works,
chemical industry, construction, food supplies,
gas transportation and so on.
2 Scope of application
(1) Sewage treatment works: the aeration tank provides oxygen
(2) Chemical plants: use air to transport raw meterial and products
(3) Cement factory: transport cement by air
(4) Power plant: desulfurization equipment provides oxygen
3 Main characteristics
(1) Optimized lobe curve is adopted for reducing blower's
sfficiency and reducing running temperature.
(2) After shaft's diameter enlarged, no deformation and collision
will occur under higher losd pressure as
the blower's strengh is improved.
(3) The synchromesh gear adopts straight tooth structure for smooth
operation.
(4) Deep groove ball bearing of high precision and low friction
factor is selected for lowering operation
noise, In addition, because of larger size bearing matched for
enlarged shaft diameter, the bearing's load
capacity is enhanced and its servise life is extended.
(5) Low noise and vibration, compact and economcial energy
consumption.
4 Blower working principle
Roots blower is a cubage blower, and it discharges a fixed amount
of air in proportion to its ratation speed.
Every ratation, there is two lobes to finish three times absorbing
and discharging air. Compared with two
lobes blower, it is of less air pulses, smaller load change, higher
strength, lower noise and vibration.
Two parallel shafts have three lobes each, all the lobes keep small
clearance with each other and housing
inside. Every lobes ratation, a certain air will be absorbed at
inlet and transferred from the housing inside
surface to blower's discharge port.
Two shafts will be turned by the timing gears, no any touching
between lobes, so it can be turned at high
speed without any lubrication inside. It has the following
charactieristics: simply configuration; running
smoothly; good performance stabilization. It has been widely
applied in various industries.
